Protecting The Environment With
The Amalgam Collector™

  • A sedimentation type of amalgam separator for use in dental offices.
  • Designed to trap the wastewater generated in dental procedures. Heavy metal particles and other solids are separated out, and the remaining filtered water and other fluids are released into the sewer system.
  • Helps lower the burden of the silver, zinc, copper and bound mercury that reach our water treatment plants, so the final products of this treatment - our drinking water and our environment - contain a lower percent of heavy metals.
  • Spliced into the live suction line
    - in the restorative operatory for a single chair or
    - in a central location to cover all chairs
  • High efficiency demonstrated:
    - 99.96% removal efficiency as determined by ADA research.
    - Fully ISO 11143 certified to meet all requirements for amalgam separators.
  • Meets criteria of every market attempted in North America.
  • Allows the dental office to handle maintenance which translates to lowest cost.
  • One-time-only purchase with no filters or replacement canisters. See also: Handling Amalgam Waste.

Our Mission is to partner with the dental community to effectively minimize the release of heavy metal waste.
